How do you lose inches around the waste quickly for an important event coming in a month?
I need to go to a fancy dinner party and I will be required to wear one of those long tight to the skin evening gowns. I'm not overweight just somewhat thickish and it would be great if I could lose some inches off the waist (like 2-4) and I would like to learn the fastest way possible to achieve my goal. I already go jogging 4xs a week 2-3 miles a day some nice tips from all of you to make my work out better will be great! -Thank you
like one hundred situps a day would work and eating healthy
